Actually Using An Umbrella When It Rains

I like umbrellas. I like staying dry. But I've never once, on my own, clocked the rain in advance, remembered where an umbrella was, AND chosen to grab it. Those three circles never overlapped...until this morning.

Thank dog for a very belated ADHD diagnosis, because I finally used an umbrella. And might I say: a true joy. It made me sincerely giggle. I love that someone invented the umbrella. I love that it makes SO much sense, and how clearly you can follow the whole path to how someone landed there. I love how little there is to improve on. It feels powerful, this little shield over your head, blocking most rain.

10/10 use more umbrellas and laugh about how silly and right it feels to hold a giant shield above your head.
